Sponsor a Tree

Guiding Light Sponsors - An individual, family, community group, company, or foundation may sponsor a Tree of Lights for gifts of $5,000 - $10,000. Guiding Light Sponsors may dedicate a tree to a loved one, and will be recognized in all 11 tree lighting ceremony programs, in Hospice Matters, on the Hospice of the East Bay website, and in the annual report.

Tree Dedications - Trees may be dedicated to specific individuals for any of the following reasons:

  • Is suggested by Hospice of the East Bay staff.
  • Is known in the community.
  • Is willing to make a gift of $2,500 from family and/or friends.
A short bio of the dedicatee will be provided in the program and he/she will be mentioned in the tree lighting ceremony of choice, in Hospice Matters, on the Hospice of the East Bay website, and in the annual report.

Shining Light Sponsors – An individual, family, community group, company, or foundation may sponsor a Tree of Lights for gifts between $250 - $4,999. Shining Light Sponsors will be recognized in the program at the tree lighting of their choice, and will be identified as Shining Light Sponsors in Hospice Matters.
