By dedicating a memorial light for a minimum of $25 or becoming a tree donor, you can memorialize or honor someone you love while directly supporting Hospice of the East Bay. To ensure that more of your gift goes towards our patients and programs, we will not be mailing acknowledgments via the post office. The notification you receive online will serve as your receipt and acknowledgement.

Lights dedicated by gifts of at least $25 will provide the option to memorialize loved ones in the book of names and have their name(s) read at the tree lighting ceremony of choice.

Donors of $100 gifts and higher help to offset our administration costs and will have the option to have their names listed in the lighting ceremony program.

Chose the tree(s) you would like to purchase a light(s) for, you will be asked to enter a first and last name of the person you are memorializing/honoring (please indicate whether you wish to Memorialize with a M or Honor with an H next to the Last Name).

If you choose the Alternate Memorial Donation Amount option (at the bottom), please indicate who you would like memorialized/honored and what tree under comments & other instructions.
