Memorial names are not read at this ceremony.

Co-Chairs from Friends of Hospice Orinda 

By dedicating a memorial light for a minimum of $25 or becoming a tree donor, you can memorialize a loved one who has passed or honor someone who is living  while directly supporting Hospice of the East Bay. To ensure that more of your gift goes toward our patients and programs, we will not be mailing acknowledgments via the post office. The notification you receive as an email will serve as your receipt and acknowledgement.

Lights dedicated by gifts of at least $25 will provide the option to memorialize/honor loved ones in the book of names and have their name(s) read at the tree lighting ceremony of choice.

Donors of $100 gifts and higher help to offset our administration costs and will have the option to have their names listed in the lighting ceremony program and in the memorial section of this webpage.

Chose from the memorial and donor options below. You will be asked to enter a first and last name of the person you are memorializing/honoring (please indicate whether you wish to Memorialize with a M or Honor with an H next to the Last Name).

If you choose the Alternate Memorial Donation Amount option (at the bottom), please indicate who you would like memorialized/honored and what tree under comments & other instructions.
