Event Details
Q: I don't have a zoom account, can I still join?
A: Zoom accounts are free, click the link to sign up: https://zoom.us/signup
Zoom will require you to set up an account and register an email for login. Please notify us with the email you will be using for Zoom to minimize registration issues.
Q: Can I use my phone, tablet, or iPad to access the event.
A: Yes, you can but we recommend a laptop or desktop for ease of use. If you use other devices you may want to make sure you download the application to streamline the process.
Q: Do I have to attend the event to bid on the online silent auction?
A: No, they are two separate events. The program that airs on May 22nd is a live event that starts at 4:30 for check-in and will conclude at 6:00 pm. The online silent auction is a webpage you can go to throughout the week prior to the event and bid on items you want. The online silent auction closes the day after the live event (Sunday, May 23rd)
Q: I want to give anonymously, is this possible?
A: Yes! We have added a checkbox on our donation pages that allow you to be anonymous. You can contact us at (925) 499-6642 before, during or after the live event if you have any questions or concerns.
Online Silent Auction
Q: How do I view the Online Silent Auction?
A: You can click here for the online auction. You'll be required to create a login for the silent auction, but all your information will be linked to your registration. This information can be used should you choose to participate in our Fund-A-Need during the live event.
Q: When does the online auction start?
A: The online auction will open up on Friday, May 14th at 3pm and it will close on Sunday, May 23rd at 8pm.
Q: How does check-out work?
A: Once you have been awarded the item you bid on, we will contact you to confirm payment and arrange pick up details.
