By dedicating a memorial light for a minimum of $25 or becoming a tree donor, you can memorialize or honor someone you love while directly supporting Hospice of the East Bay. To ensure that more of your gift goes towards our patients and programs, we will not be mailing acknowledgments via the post office. The notification you receive online will serve as your receipt and acknowledgement.

Lights dedicated by gifts of at least $25 will provide the option to memorialize loved ones in the book of names and have their name(s) read at the tree lighting ceremony of choice.

Donors of $100 gifts and higher help to offset our administration costs and will have the option to have their names listed in the lighting ceremony program and in the memorial section of this webpage.

Chose from the memorial and donor options below. After your selection you will be directed to a form that asks who you would like memorialized or honored. Please note, you can write more than one name on the line if you are dedicating more than one light (example: John Smith, Mary Smith...).
